Pig Tail Farms began as a simple dream: to return to the land and raise a family with a deep connection to what we eat. On our family-owned homestead, every animal is raised with care and respect, roaming freely on our pastures to ensure the highest quality meat and eggs for your table.
Our seasonal vegetable gardens are the heart of our harvest, providing a vibrant array of produce grown without shortcuts. What we don't sell fresh, we preserve in our farmhouse kitchen, filling our pantry with small-batch pickles and ferments that capture the peak of each season's flavor.
